The ASCU is a two-part electronic unit that improves the operation of the electric gun. The unit consists of a sensor and a command module, which together replace the traditional trigger mechanism of the electric gun. The sensor module provides real-time location information about the position of the gears, shifter and trigger to the command module. The collected data is transferred to the command module's processor, which analyzes the information and controls the operation of the gun's motor via an active MOSFET circuit.
ASCU knows the status of the weapon in real time and therefore the weapon always functions perfectly, regardless of how fast or slow the trigger is pulled. ASCU always guarantees a complete cycle of the mechanism regardless of the mode of fire and ensures smooth operation of the weapon. Therefore, unlike a conventional system, a weapon equipped with ASCU cannot jam during single fire.
In addition to the control functions of the electronic unit, it can also protect the weapon and battery from failure. The ASCU Low Drain feature prevents damage to LiPo batteries from excessive discharge by automatically cutting off power if the battery voltage gets too low. The ASCU also monitors other machine operations and if there is an unexpected change in the operating cycle due to internal damage, the circuit can cut off power to prevent further damage.
