Description
KRYTAC Trident MKII CRB-M represents the compact model of the Trident series, making it an excellent choice for both CQB-style built environments and outdoor fields with medium engagement distances.
The front handguard is a high-quality 10-inch free-float TR210 rail system made of aluminum. The TR210 follows the commonly used M-LOK standard on the bottom and sides. The RIS-standard top rail continues almost all the way to the muzzle, allowing a wide variety of optics and accessories to be mounted along the entire length of the rifle.
The upper and lower receivers are made from reinforced aluminum and are compatible with all M4 AEG-type accessories and aftermarket parts. The KRYTAC receiver differs from traditional M4 AEG receivers through its durability-enhancing reinforcements and small usability improvements. The trigger guard has been enlarged, and the magazine well is wider than usual, enabling faster reloads. When shouldering the rifle, it quickly becomes clear that KRYTAC’s design solutions and subtle modifications to the classic M4 platform significantly improve ergonomics and give the rifle an exceptionally solid feel.
The CRB model features an ambidextrous fire selector, allowing the rifle to be operated smoothly with either hand. This benefits not only left-handed players—ambidexterity is crucial in tight, built-up environments.
The Trident MK2 CRB gearbox is built around KRYTAC’s extremely strong Nautilus gearbox shell. Its thick material walls ensure durability even in extreme conditions. The gearbox uses 8 mm bearing seats. Inside you’ll find reinforced 8 mm ball bearings, a durable polymer piston with four metal teeth, a shock-absorbing cylinder head, a high-torque motor, and a quick-change spring system accessed from the back of the gearbox. The gearbox also includes a KRYTAC MOSFET that protects the trigger contacts from burning and reduces overall power consumption.
Why are KRYTAC guns so exceptional?
In their own brand description, KRYTAC emphasizes that their products are designed to deliver an outstanding user experience above all else. A great user experience includes many factors, but the most important is simple: the gun must function flawlessly from the start of the game day to the end—rain or shine. If that promise is broken, the average player won’t appreciate any advanced electronic features if the gun fails to perform its basic duty: to let them play.
In our experience, KRYTAC fulfills this promise extremely well. What makes KRYTAC airsoft guns special is not a long list of electronic gimmicks, but uncompromising quality and reliability. KRYTAC’s internal mechanics rely on proven engineering solutions, excellent material choices, and meticulous assembly. The rigidity and robustness of the receivers reflect the brand’s roots in KRISS USA’s firearms division. The firearm heritage is clearly visible in the receiver design and manufacturing. The combination of a firearm-inspired receiver and KRYTAC’s internal engineering creates a highly dependable option for players who want a rifle that simply works—and keeps on working.
NOTE! Battery and charger are sold separately!
Compatible batteries
KRYTAC AEGs are built to withstand high-performance batteries. You can use 7.4V or 11.1V LiPo, Lithium-Ion, and 9.6V NiCd/NiMH batteries. However, using batteries with higher nominal voltage voids the warranty.
